Christopher Gardner is a native Charlottean. He attended UNC Charlotte where he was awarded a Bachelor of Creative Arts with an emphasis in wood and steel sculpture. Chris' education was funded in part by a career in programming, accounting, IT, and database design.

After college, Chris' first professional stint was as IS Director for a local healthcare financial group. Chris then went on to work as a Network Consultant for an international healthcare IS provider. Additionally, he pursued his interest in the arts by managing a gallery in the North Davidson Arts District. Chris also attends the Penland School of Crafts, and he produces privately commissioned works.
